The feeling of burnout, fatigue, and being overwhelmed begins to creep in and if we are not careful, our immune systems weaken. One may begin to notice a change in their attitudes shifting towards irritability, anxiety, and impatience.
In this workshop, we will practice the Yogic techniques specifically designed to nurture, nourish, and cradle our physical, energetic, and emotional layers. Learn how to stay feeling balanced while working at your duties and your passions. Stay Healthy, Easeful, and Joyful!
