I am still moving along with my Michigan mission and am learning more and more everyday what it is to be compassionate not only to others but myself as well. We enter into unexpected times and it is in these moments that we have an opportunity to learn about ourselves. My biggest learning tool right now is observing my reactions. When am I reacting out of emotion and the input from my senses and when am I reacting from my understanding of truth and clarity? I have found that when I remain present with my intentions, my reactions are much more compassionate and clear. Not only do I react compassionately but I conserve energy. I understand now that being compassionate is actually much easier and builds Prana compared to reacting from my fluctuating emotions which seems to cause only more frustration and Prana is then lost.
